The two scores that matter

Deal IQ

Goes up when you ask strong questions, check the numbers, spot hidden risk, structure terms well and know when to walk. Aggressive negotiation is not automatically rewarded — sometimes the relationship is worth more than the margin.

Ethics

Strong ethics unlock referrals, repeat business and premium opportunities. Squeezing a desperate owner pays once and costs you the street. The game is not built around scams or faked numbers.

Deal structures you'll meet

  • Buy the whole business with cash
  • Seller financing — the owner gets paid over time
  • Partnership with split ownership and duties
  • Licence the concept instead of buying it
  • Revenue share with no ownership
  • Walk away and keep your cash

Business structures

NPCs explain sole proprietorships, LLCs, partnerships and corporations as they become relevant. Different situations favour different structures — there is no universally correct answer, and none of this is legal, tax, accounting or investment advice.

Access

  1. 1Press PLAY — the prologue and Level 1 are free for everyone.
  2. 2Create an account to save progress and appear on the leaderboard.
  3. 3Link a Solana wallet by signing a harmless verification message. Never a seed phrase.
  4. 4If the linked wallet holds the configured minimum of $UNCEO, the full city unlocks.
